[Vim-vms] Vim 6.4-9 executables

Hello,

patch that corrects viminfo writing problem is released.
Executables are downloadable from http://www.polarhome.com/vim/

Please note, that you need to delete all temporary files that have been 
created (and have not been removed) because of this bug (caused by patch 
6.4-2)

The following command will do the job:

$delete sys$login:.viminf*.*
